What the service is

Find My Quiet Sound is a sound generator for masking, relaxation and tinnitus management support. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. It is currently free to use; as the app evolves, some features may become part of an optional Premium plan, and any pricing or access changes will be communicated clearly before they take effect.

Not medical advice

Find My Quiet Sound does not diagnose, treat or cure tinnitus or any condition, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. The medical disclaimer is part of these terms. If your tinnitus is persistent, getting worse, or bothering you significantly, talk to a doctor or audiologist.

Listen safely

You are responsible for your listening levels. Keep the volume low and comfortable and follow the guidance on the safe listening page. Do not use the app in situations that require your full attention, such as driving.

Your data

Everything you save stays on your device; there is no account and nothing is collected — see the privacy page, which is part of these terms. Your saved sounds and preferences are yours; nothing you save will be deleted by us.

Provided as-is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Find My Quiet Sound project is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Sound preferences vary from person to person; the app may not work for everyone.

Fair use

Do not copy, resell or misrepresent the app or its sounds, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in any unlawful way. The app's name, design and generated sounds remain the property of the Find My Quiet Sound project.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with an updated review date, and pricing or access changes will always be communicated clearly before they take effect.
